New pharmacy benefit manager
On January 1, 2024, we changed our pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) — the company we use to manage your pharmacy benefits — to Navitus Health Solutions. This change will help you save on your drug costs, provide a better mail order pharmacy experience and give you access to a nationwide network of over 63,000 retail pharmacies. While most members won't experience pharmacy benefit coverage changes, we want to make sure you're informed and feel supported.

Access your online member account
Sign in or create a secure online member account. If your plan covers more than one person, each person will need a separate login ID and password for privacy and convenience.
Tip: Have your full UCare member ID number available when creating your account. That number is on your member ID card or can be provided by calling customer service.
